Trauma-Informed Workshop
This workshop is designed for elementary, middle, and high school administration, educators, and staff. It provides an understanding of trauma, how trauma affects students, and how educators can support students with a trauma history.
Anger Management Workshop

This workshop provides an understanding of anger, emotional intelligence, and secondary emotions associated with anger. Each participant will receive permission to be angry and given instructions on how to exercise anger in a positive and productive manner.
Suicide Awareness Workshop
​
This workshop provides a basic understanding of suicide, explores the thoughts, feelings, and behaviors of individuals contemplating suicide, and provides tips on how to support a person experiencing a crisis that could lead to suicidal ideation.
